James Franklin is a former New Zealand Cricketer who played all formats of the game for New Zealand team. James Franklin has a nick name “Franko”. He was born 07 November 1980 in Wellington, New Zealand. He started his career as left-arm pacer and by time he worked on his batting to become a useful all rounder for his team. He is left-arm medium fast bowler with good variations and very useful batsman who likes to hit the bowl hard with the bat. He played his T20I debut match against West Indies team on 16 February 2006 and played his Last T20I on 27 June 2013 against England.

James Franklin became the part of Pakistan Super League (PSL) T20 in 2017 edition. He was picked up by Lahore Qalandars team. His performance in PSL T20 2017 was quite satisfactory. In PSL 2018 edition is also part of Lahore Qalandars Squad. His category in PSL is “Diamond”.
